Supports Level 1 solicitations.
Support calls from customers / subsidiaries of the group, identify expectations before guiding them.
Monitoring of ongoing files and informing customers of developments.
Writing answers to be distributed to the customer following requests processed by the business teams.
Maintain the quality of customer service and the success of performance indicators.
Maintain his level of knowledge and versatility on the scope of action of Customer Service.

Profile:
You come from a higher education
Knowledge of the banking sector
High sensitivity to customer relations issues;
Practical knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word and Excel);
Professional English (written and spoken) - Level B2 required at TEST CEFR
Qualifications required: team spirit, listening skills, autonomy, rigor and confidentiality
Note that a first experience in the banking sector is desired.
Salary between 28Keuros and 32Keuros, more if the candidate has a good level of English and a Bac + 5Poste located at Saint Quentin en Yvelines, certainty Experience.
